Any order placed on the Site implies the unreserved acceptance of these general conditions.

It is specified that this site is intended for consumers and is not intended to sell its products in large quantities. Therefore, it is not intended to sell its products in large quantities Floreleï reserves the right to refuse orders of 50 items or more, as well as any order that it deems to be motivated by the desire to resell or commercially distribute its products. Article 2 - Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding processing and shipping costs

Article 5 - Payment

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated.

The payment of your purchases is made by credit card through the secure system payplug.

The card is only debited when the order is shipped.

The customer can also choose to pay his order by bank transfer or check. In either of these two cases, the shipment will be made only after receipt of payment. This method of payment therefore implies additional time in the processing of the order.

Article 6 - Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete. In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be likely to defeat the right of withdrawal. It is specified that this right does not apply to the supply of goods which have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Opened cosmetic products are not subject to withdrawal.

The return shipping costs are at your expense.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Floreleï will proceed to the reimbursement of the sums paid, within 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used at the time of the order

Article 7- Availability

Our products are offered as long as they are visible on the site https://florelei-cosmetics.bio/ and within the limits of available stocks
In case of unavailability of product after placing your order, we will inform you by mail. Your order will be automatically cancelled and no bank debit will be made.

Article 8 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time indicated on the order validation page

In the event of a delay in shipment, an e-mail will be sent to you to inform you of the possible consequences on the delivery time that was indicated to you.

In accordance with the legal provisions, in the event of delay of delivery, you profit from the possibility of cancelling the order under the conditions and methods defined in article L 138-2 of the Code of Consumption. In case of deliveries by a carrier, Floreleï cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due exclusively to the client's unavailability after several proposed appointments

Article 9 - Warranty

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee of the hidden defects, envisaged by articles 1641 and following of the Civil code. In case of non-conformity of a product sold, it can be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to contact@flerelei-cosmetics.bio within 30 days of delivery

The products must be returned to us in the state in which you received them with all the elements. The shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate and the return costs will be reimbursed on presentation of the receipts.

The provisions of this Article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 6

Article 10 - Liability

The products offered are in accordance with the French legislation in force. The responsibility of Floreleï cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered. It is up to you to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services that you plan to order

On the other hand, Floreleï cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from the misuse of the purchased product

Finally, the responsibility of Floreleï cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses

Article 11 - Applicable law in case of disputes

Any conditions not expressly dealt with herein shall be governed in accordance with the usage of the retail sector, for companies whose registered office is located in France. The language of this contract is French. The present conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
